Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Local Pickup

• Free in-store pickup is available during business hours.

• Please wait for a confirmation email before arriving for pickup.

Order Issues

• If your order arrives damaged, please email fabieslux@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier.
